This existing 10-story building is located in Harlem, Manhattan, and it was abandoned after its original use, as a commercial storage facility, was no longer economical. Sharon Engineering conducted a Condition Assessment, and designed the conversion of this building into a luxury residential condominium, with an additional four-story vertical extension.  The work included restoration of the existing structure, and upgrades to meet seismic code. The mechanical upgrades included brand new MEP and Fire Protection systems.
