This new residential development is located in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  This is new seven-story residential rental building, which was constructed using poured-in-place concrete. Sharon Engineering provided all design services including SOE, supports of adjacent buildings, Structural, MEP, and Fire Protection systems. This building is located adjacent to an active subway tunnel, and Sharon Engineering was able to obtain the required MTA approvals, by using a design method, which avoided placing additional loads on the tunnel.
