This project included two seven-story mixed-use buildings in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  Sharon Engineering provided full engineering design services, including SOE, Structural, MEP, and Fire Protection. Steel framing in combination with Load Bearing CMU walls was the principal Load Carrying elements with precast, prestressed concrete plank floors. High water table issues were dealt with using pumping and shoring of adjacent structures.
