This project included three seven-story residential buildings in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  Sharon Engineering provided full engineering design services, including SOE, Structural, MEP and Fire Protection systems. Steel framing in combination with Load Bearing CMU walls was the principal load carrying elements with precast, pre-stressed concrete plank floors. High water table issues were dealt with using pumping and shoring/underpinning of adjacent structures.
