This 80-year-old building in North Williamsburg, Brooklyn, was used as a meat market, and slaughterhouse.  It had deteriorated to the point of being deemed unsafe for occupancy. Sharon Engineering designed the renovation for this building, which consisted of repairing and reinforcing the existing structural elements, while reshaping and repurposing it to an attractive retail center.
