This is a new 27-story residential rental building in Long Island City, Queens. Sharon engineering provided full MEP and Fire Protection engineering design services for this building. The apartments are heated and cooled using water source heat pumps. The site required development and procurement of new services in a dead end street with no historic infrastructure.
